GreenBridge Mobile provides access to information, digital tools, mobile-support resources, GreenBridge WRapp services, and pathways to third-party wireless products and services.

GreenBridge may provide tools and services for individuals, seniors, children, teens/tweens, families, organizations, businesses, teams, churches, nonprofit organizations, logistics operations, delivery companies, and other users.

GreenBridge Mobile is partnered with Perch Mobile and supported by a nationwide wireless network. Certain wireless plans, activation, billing, network access, SIM/eSIM services, and related wireless support may be provided by Perch Mobile or other third-party providers rather than directly by GreenBridge Mobile.

By using this website or the GreenBridge WRapp, you represent that you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

If you are using GreenBridge on behalf of a business, organization, team, church, nonprofit, family, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for authorizing and supervising use of GreenBridge features by children or minors.

GreenBridge may display, market, explain, or provide access to wireless plans available through Perch Mobile or another authorized wireless provider.

When you continue from GreenBridge to Perch Mobile, you may be leaving GreenBridgeMobile.com and entering a third-party website or service.

Wireless-service eligibility, pricing, activation, network availability, device compatibility, billing, refunds, SIM/eSIM delivery, service quality, account management, and customer support may be governed by the applicable provider's own terms, policies, and procedures.

GreenBridge does not guarantee that every device, address, location, network, or wireless plan will qualify or function in every circumstance.

The GreenBridge WRapp is a web-based progressive web application designed to provide convenient mobile access to GreenBridge tools and services.

Depending upon the selected service area, WRapp features may include:

• Contacts and call/text shortcuts
• Senior-support tools
• Child and parent-control tools
• Teen/Tween trust and safety tools
• Games and approved-resource links
• Appointments and reminders
• Organization-management tools
• Checklists and schedules
• Caregiver or parent synchronization
• Wireless-plan access
• Emergency and safety shortcuts

Availability of individual features may vary by device, browser, operating system, permissions, connectivity, or service configuration.

GreenBridge may provide shortcuts to call 911, contact family members, reach trusted contacts, request help, or access emergency information.

GreenBridge is not an emergency-response provider and does not replace 911, police, fire, emergency medical services, or other professional emergency services.

In an emergency, immediately contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency authority.

GreenBridge features involving doctors, pharmacies, medications, appointments, caregivers, senior support, reminders, or health information are organizational and convenience tools only.

They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, pharmaceutical advice, or a substitute for professional medical care.

Users remain responsible for confirming medications, dosages, schedules, appointments, emergency instructions, and other health-related information with qualified professionals.

Child and Teen/Tween tools are intended to assist parents, guardians, and families with communication, approved resources, trusted contacts, check-ins, safe-ride information, games, approved websites, and related support.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for determining which websites, games, contacts, content, permissions, and services are appropriate for a minor.

GreenBridge does not guarantee that every external website, game, video, or third-party resource will remain appropriate, available, unchanged, or free of external advertising.

The GreenBridge Organization service may provide tools for churches, sports teams, corporations, nonprofits, schools, clubs, logistics companies, delivery companies, field-service organizations, property groups, franchise organizations, and other entities.

Organization tools may include contacts, rosters, schedules, announcements, routes, jobs, deliveries, checklists, shared resources, locations, incidents, and related coordination tools.

GreenBridge Organization tools are not intended to replace regulated enterprise systems such as payroll systems, commercial fleet-management systems, regulated medical-record systems, financial-accounting platforms, or legally required workplace safety systems unless specifically stated otherwise.

Some GreenBridge features may open your device's native telephone dialer or text-messaging application.

Call and text functionality depends on the capabilities, settings, permissions, and carrier services of the device being used.

Standard carrier calling, messaging, and data charges may apply.

Where GreenBridge separately asks for permission to send SMS, email, or other communications, your communication preferences will be based on the consent selections you make.

Consent to marketing communications is not required solely to browse GreenBridge services unless otherwise clearly disclosed.

You may withdraw applicable marketing consent using the opt-out method provided in the communication or by contacting GreenBridge.

GreenBridge may use internal attribution and referral technology to determine how visitors reached GreenBridge, which marketing campaign or partner referred them, and which downstream wireless provider link was used.

This may include cookies, local browser storage, campaign identifiers, referral codes, session identifiers, and internal visitor or handoff identifiers.

GreenBridge may use this information for analytics, partner reporting, referral attribution, operational reporting, commission reconciliation, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

GreenBridge may link to third-party websites, games, service providers, government resources, educational resources, app stores, or other external services.

GreenBridge does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, pricing, advertising, or practices.

Accessing third-party services is at the user's discretion and may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies.

You agree not to use GreenBridge to:

• Violate applicable law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Transmit malicious software or harmful code
• Abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate another person
• Interfere with the operation of GreenBridge services
• Use automated systems to overload or improperly scrape services
• Misrepresent referral, attribution, or identity information
• Use GreenBridge for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into GreenBridge, including names, telephone numbers, emergency contacts, appointments, medication information, organization data, approved websites, and other user-provided content.

You should not enter information that you do not have permission to store, use, or share.

GreenBridge may add, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features, services, links, tools, or integrations from time to time.

GreenBridge does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, WRapp, external resources, wireless providers, games, APIs, or third-party systems.

GreenBridge names, branding, WRapp designs, software, configurations, content, graphics, workflows, databases, and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to GreenBridge or its applicable licensors, except where otherwise identified.

Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, commercially redistribute, or create derivative commercial products from GreenBridge proprietary materials except with written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, GreenBridge services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

GreenBridge does not warrant that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or available in every geographic location.

Wireless network performance may vary due to coverage, congestion, device capability, geography, weather, buildings, network management, provider policies, and other factors outside GreenBridge's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreenBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use GreenBridge services.

GreenBridge is not responsible for losses caused by third-party providers, network outages, device incompatibility, inaccurate user-entered information, third-party websites, missed reminders, or failure of a device to initiate a call or text.

Use of GreenBridge may involve collection or storage of information as described in the GreenBridge Privacy Policy.

Please review the applicable Privacy Policy for additional information concerning data collection, storage, attribution, browser storage, consent, and third-party services.

GreenBridge may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
